Itara Solar is looking for hardworking, honest and professional sales force. In order to insure a positive and effective sales team our recruitment process has multiple steps.
- Step 1: Send us an email at ([email protected]) stating that you are interested in a sales position attached with a resume and letter describing why you are applying.
Step 2: We will review your resume and qualification. If we think you will be a good fit we will send a 15 minute survey through email. The survey will ask basic questions as well as a background questions.
Step 3: After reviewing your feedback we will set up an final interview done through an online call or in person.
Step 4: If you pass the interview we will train you in Asana and Google Sheet programs as well as in basic sales tactics.
Step 5: A waiver of Personal Liability will also need to be signed before employment can occur.
Skill Requirements:
- An email address and access to a computer to remain in contact with managerial staff.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Responsible, Honest & Hard Working
- Ability to compute simple math
- Sales Experience preferred (not required)
- Some English ability preferred (not required)
Our sales forces are paid a commission of sales. It is very important to note that if you do not sell then you will NOT be paid. Other payment details will be given during the training phase.
